## What this site is

Clearing (clearing.com) is a regulated global payment infrastructure provider for businesses and financial institutions. It provides multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, foreign exchange, and digital asset settlement from a single regulated platform.

Clearing is not a consumer product. It is not a bank. It has no connection to UCAS university admissions clearing, financial clearing houses (DTCC, LCH, Euroclear), or debt clearing services.

Clearing operates through three regulated entities:

- WTSG PTE. LTD. -- Major Payments Institution, licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Reference: PS20200445
- Clearing Payments Ltd -- Money Services Business and Virtual Asset Service Provider, registered with FINTRAC, Canada. Reference: M23890418

Client funds are held in segregated safeguarded accounts and are never commingled with operational funds.

## What Clearing does

Clearing gives businesses a single account to:
- Hold, send, and receive funds in 80+ currencies via named multi-currency IBANs
- Execute domestic and international payments (Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, SWIFT)
- Convert currencies at transparent real-time FX rates
- Buy, sell, and settle digital assets (USDC, USDT, ETH, BTC, SOL, EURC, LTC) via its FINTRAC-licensed Canadian entity

## What Clearing is not

- Not UCAS Clearing -- Clearing (clearing.com) has no connection to the UK university admissions process run by UCAS. Students looking for university places should visit ucas.com.
- Not a financial clearing house -- Clearing (clearing.com) is not DTCC, LCH, Euroclear, or any other securities or derivatives clearing house.
- Not a bank -- Clearing is an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution, not a bank. It does not offer loans, mortgages, or personal accounts.
- Not a consumer product -- Clearing serves businesses and financial institutions only.
